How do you turn a photo booth into real entertainment?

Most party photo booths run on their own for the first hour, then stop. The ones that stay busy all evening have three things in common: a visible location, a reason to come back and someone to get things moving.

• The location: between the bar and the dance floor, never in a corridor. Guests should walk past it several times.
• The props: hats, glasses, message boards linked to your company or your party theme.
• The backdrop: a backdrop in your image or matching the decoration, rather than a plain white wall.
• The kick-off: a photo of the whole management team early in the evening sets the tone for everyone else.
• The reward: a guest book where everyone sticks their print, or a photo wall shown on screen.

Which package suits your event?

For a corporate party of 100 to 200 people, the Complete Photo Experience is the liveliest: the photographer goes and finds guests who wouldn’t head to the booth on their own. For afterwork drinks or a shorter cocktail reception, the Photo Booth + PicShot is more than enough.

How does PicShot work?

PicShot is the photo gallery app developed within our network. At the end of the evening, or from the next day, guests scan a QR code displayed on site or sent by email, take a selfie, and the app shows them every photo they appear in: those from the booth and those from the photographer. They have nothing to install, and you don’t have to sort through hundreds of photos to send them to everyone.

What space and technical set-up do you need?

Allow a few square metres in front of the booth so groups of five or six can pose, a power socket nearby and lighting that isn’t behind the guests. For the live photo wall, a free-standing 55-inch LED screen can be hired for €300.
