What is a mobile escape game for companies?
A classic escape game locks a small group in a themed room. For a company, the problem is obvious: a room holds 6 people, and you have 80. The mobile escape game turns this around. Each team receives a case with compartments, locked with padlocks, which contains the puzzles, the clues and the props for the scenario. The teams play in parallel, in the same room, on the same story.
The most requested scenario is the secret agents one: teams have to open the compartments one by one to defuse a bomb before time runs out. Codes to crack, logic, observation, hands-on tasks: different profiles complement each other, and that is the whole point.
How does a 1.5-hour session run?
- Briefing (10 minutes): the game master presents the mission and the rules and forms the teams, ideally mixing departments.
- Game (around 60 minutes): teams open their cases and progress at their own pace. A clue is given when a team stays stuck for too long.
- Results and debrief (15 to 20 minutes): ranking, presentation of a symbolic trophy, then a look back at what worked in each team.
How many participants, and how much space do you need?
The format takes up to 280 people at once, in small teams. Each team needs a table and chairs, with enough space between tables so they can’t overhear the neighbours’ solutions. A seminar room in “cabaret” layout (round tables) is perfect.
