How to turn an exhibition hall into a party venue?
An exhibition hall is a large, soulless volume: technical flooring, a high ceiling, work lighting. To turn it into a reception room, three items make the difference.
- Lighting: switch off the hall lights and recreate the atmosphere with projectors on the walls, the stage and the dance floor. This is what most changes how the venue feels.
- Partitioning: reduce the space with drapes, furniture and decor, so your guests do not get lost in an area designed for an entire trade show.
- Sound: a reverberant volume requires a properly sized system set up by a technician, otherwise speeches become inaudible.
How to make a trade show stand attractive?
At a trade show, your neighbours are fighting for the same attention. An LED screen showing your film, lighting that makes the stand stand out from the aisles, and an activity that stops visitors in their tracks (a branded photo booth, live keyring engraving, a smartphone quiz) generate conversations and leads.
