Where can you find our wedding packages?

ADJM Événementiel is first and foremost an agency for businesses, but its communities have been working on weddings since 2014. If you would like a single point of contact for the DJ, photography, bar and decoration, we coordinate everything.

How does a wedding day run?

  1. The humanist ceremony: discreet sound system, a microphone for the celebrants, music for the couple’s entrance, sometimes a saxophonist.
  2. The drinks reception: cocktail bar, background music, group photos while the light is still beautiful.
  3. The couple’s photo shoot: around twenty minutes at golden hour, before sunset.
  4. The dinner: the couple’s entrance, speeches from the witnesses, entertainment between courses.
  5. The dance party: first dance, the cake under cold sparks, then the dance floor until the time set by the venue.

Where to hold a wedding near Marseille?

The estates around Aix-en-Provence, such as Château Saint-Hilaire in Coudoux or Château de Valmousse in Lambesc, offer terraces and function rooms so you can move from the open air to the evening party. By the sea, the Calanques of Cassis are a sought-after backdrop for the couple’s photos. Before signing, ask the venue three questions: the music curfew, whether there is a sound limiter and the list of mandatory suppliers.

What pitfalls should you avoid?

  • Suppliers who discover the running order on the morning itself: send them all the same document, with times and contacts.
  • A drinks reception that drags on: after two hours, guests are hungry and the light fades before the photos.
  • Forgetting the mistral: plan weights for the decoration and a plan B for an outdoor ceremony.
  • Not providing a meal for suppliers who are there all evening.

Does ADJM Événementiel organise weddings?

Yes, by coordinating the DJ, the photographer, the bar and the decoration from its network. Detailed wedding packages can be found on allodjmarseille.fr for music and on allophotomarseille.fr for photography.

How much does a cocktail bar cost for a wedding?

At ADJM Événementiel, the 100 Cocktail Pack with a bartender, ingredients, equipment and ice costs €900. For a large reception, the Premium 300 Cocktail Pack costs €3,580.

Can the DJ provide sound for the humanist ceremony?

Yes: a wireless microphone for the celebrants, a discreet speaker and music for the entrance and exit. The same DJ then takes care of the drinks reception and the evening party.

How far in advance should you book?

For a Saturday between May and September, allow twelve to eighteen months for the venue and the photographer, and at least six months for the DJ.
