Data collected

• Contact, quote and brochure forms: surname, first name, email, phone, organisation, business sector and details of your project. This data is used to respond to your request, to draw up a quote and, for the brochure, to send it to you and to contact you again. It is passed on to our management platform (ADJM Gestion, hosted by Hostinger). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
• Event builder and client area: the information entered to build your event (date, venue, guests, services, contact details) is saved on our management platform to draw up the proposal, follow the file (signature, deposit, preparation forms, messages) and coordinate the selected suppliers. The client area link is personal. Legal basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures.
• Protection against automated submissions: a temporary technical token, with no cookie or third-party service. The IP address and browser are recorded with the request; rejected submissions are logged for 3 months at most. Legal basis: legitimate interest (website security).
• Unfinished quote requests: as soon as your email is entered in the simple quote form, what you type is saved so that it is not lost. If it is not sent, we send you a single reminder email with a link to finish it, and may contact you once. These entries are deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest; you may object at any time.
• Payments: card payments go through our payment provider, which processes your bank details under its own terms; we have no access to them.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is shared only with members of our teams and the suppliers selected for your event (first name and information needed for the service only), as well as with our technical subcontractors (hosting, email).

Cookies and audience measurement

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The fonts are hosted on the website. The event builder stores in your browser a technical file identifier and your language preference, which are essential for it to work. The website is available in French and English: when you choose a language with the FR / EN switch, your choice is stored in your browser (local storage “adjm-langue”, without a cookie) so the website is then shown in that language; without a choice, the language is inferred from your browser’s language, without storing anything.

Retention period

Requests not followed up: 3 years after the last exchange. Client files and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations). Photographs used for our promotion: until a removal request.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@adjmevenementiel.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
