How does live engraving entertainment work?

The stand is set up in a busy spot. The keyrings are prepared in advance with your logo on one side. Each guest comes up, says what they would like engraved on the other side (a first name, initials, a date, a word), then watches the craftsman at work. Moments later, they leave with a unique object bearing their name and your company’s.

1. Before the event: choice of keyring model, sending your logo, approval of an engraving proof.
2. Set-up: the stand is installed before guests arrive, on a table or a counter.
3. During the event: engraving on request, a short queue, guests come back to collect their object.
4. At the end of the event: the last guests collect their keyring before leaving; the stand is dismantled without a trace.

Why choose engraving rather than a photo booth?

Both activities meet the same need: leaving every guest with a personal keepsake. They just don’t do it in the same way.

The two also work very well together: the photo booth for the party atmosphere, the engraving for the parting gift.

Which events is it for?

• A trade fair stand: visitors stay a few minutes, your salesperson starts the conversation, and your logo leaves with them.
• A seminar or team building: a keepsake with the team’s name.
• Hospitality boxes and areas at a match or a show.
• The opening of new premises: engrave the date of the day.
• A works council Christmas party: children choose their name, parents leave with the date.

Engraving is also available as workshops for children and teenagers, for making trophies or medals for an awards ceremony, and as an order without live entertainment for large runs of client gifts.

How much space do you need?

A table or a counter, a power socket and a little room in front for the queue. Outdoors, a 3 × 3 m gazebo (€150) protects the stand from sun and rain. For a roaming version, the craftsman moves among the guests with compact equipment.
