Why hold a seminar near Marseille Provence Airport?
When a company brings together colleagues from Paris, Lyon, abroad and all over the region, every journey counts. Around the airport, everything is close: the terminal, Vitrolles Aéroport TER station (linked by shuttle), the A7 towards Aix and Marseille, the A55 towards Martigues and the Côte Bleue. - Collect everyone’s arrival times so you can set the start of the meeting around the last useful flight or train.
- Plan a shuttle from the terminal or the station to the venue if it is not within walking distance.
- Organise a luggage room: participants often arrive with their suitcase, especially on the day they leave.
- End the day with some leeway: getting out to the airport and through security takes time.
How can you bring a hotel meeting room to life?
The seminar rooms of business hotels are functional but often bland. A few additions change the atmosphere without a big budget: colourful lighting design in the company’s colours, a screen showing the programme and live photos, welcome music, a mobile bar for the closing cocktails. For speeches, wireless microphones and a technician avoid awkward silences.
