Which theme should you choose for a corporate party?
The right theme depends on your audience, the season and the venue. A theme that is too niche leaves half the room on the sidelines; a theme that is too vague goes unnoticed. Here are the worlds we offer, with what makes them work.

How do you build a themed party step by step?
- Choose the theme with the venue in mind: a Provençal estate calls for tropical or a guinguette, an industrial space in La Joliette suits the Roaring Twenties.
- Announce the dress code early: in the invitation, at least three weeks ahead, with picture examples.
- Dress the entrance: it is the first impression. An arch, a carpet, coloured lighting, a costumed stilt walker.
- Match the music and the cocktails: the DJ’s playlist and the bar menu pick up the chosen world.
- Plan a highlight: a costume contest, a show, opening the dance floor with cold spark machines.
Lighting is often the most cost-effective lever. Battery-powered LED spotlights colour a room or a garden from €25 per spotlight; a dance floor lighting pack costs €200. A plain room lit in red and gold becomes a cabaret without heavy decor.
How much does a themed party cost?
The budget depends mainly on the decoration, priced on a quote basis, and on the entertainment chosen. The rest relies on our usual prices: DJ from €299, 100 Cocktail Pack €900, photo booth from €349. Through an agency, a 5-table casino is charged around €3,400. To put it all in context, a turnkey corporate party in Marseille generally costs €65 to €130 per person, venue and catering included.

Casino, the Roaring Twenties and Christmas, because the dress code is simple and matching entertainment already exists. Tropical works very well in summer, outdoors.

How much does themed party decoration cost?
