ADJM Événementiel provides artists and performers for corporate events in Marseille and Provence: saxophonists, musicians, dancers, stilt walkers, fire breathers, body painting and MCs, all from the AlloDJMarseille community. A live saxophonist costs €300 for 2 hours and an MC €600. Other performances are quoted according to duration and the number of artists.

Which artist should you choose for a corporate event?

The right artist depends less on your personal taste than on when they perform and what your guests are doing at that moment. During a cocktail reception, people are standing and chatting: you need a performance that moves around and can be watched for two minutes before the conversation picks up again. During a seated dinner, a short act visible from every table works better. At the end of the evening, the artist’s job is to draw people onto the dance floor.

How much does a saxophonist or performer cost in Marseille?

Through an agency, a saxophonist is often charged at around €980. With us, the saxophonist is part of the AlloDJMarseille community and plays as a duo with our DJs:

  • Live saxophonist, 2 hours: from €300, for the key moments (cocktails, entrance, start of the party).
  • Live saxophonist, 4 hours: €450, from cocktails through to the party.
  • Live saxophonist, 5 hours: €550, from the welcome to the dance floor.
  • MC (master of ceremonies): from €600.
  • Dancers, stilt walkers, fire breathers, body painting, musicians and bands: on quotation, depending on the number of artists and the duration.

What should you check before booking a fire act?

Fire is spectacular, but it cannot be improvised. The venue has to allow it: many function rooms and private beaches forbid it, and some terraces exposed to the mistral make it impossible. You need a clear space, away from drapes, dry trees and the audience, and a floor that can withstand sparks and drips. In summer, prefectoral orders on fire risk in the Bouches-du-Rhône (the Marseille département) may also apply outdoors. When fire is not an option, LED and cold spark shows give a similar effect, without a flame.

How much does a saxophonist cost for a corporate party in Marseille?

At ADJM Événementiel, a live saxophonist costs €300 for 2 hours, €450 for 4 hours and €550 for 5 hours. Through an agency, the same service is often charged at around €980.

Can we have a fire breather at any venue?

No. The venue has to allow it and offer a clear space, away from the audience and flammable materials. In summer, an order linked to fire risk may also ban it outdoors; cold spark machines are then a good alternative.

Can the artists wear costumes to match our theme?

Yes. Stilt walkers, dancers and body painting adapt to the theme of the evening or to your colours, as long as you let us know a few weeks ahead.

What does an MC do?

The MC holds the evening together: the welcome, transitions, announcements, award presentations and games. Your executives are freed up and only need to speak at the right moment. Prices start at €600.
