How do you choose a theme for a corporate event?
A good theme starts from your message, not from a catalogue. A party celebrating a year of growth doesn’t call for the same world as a product launch or a works council Christmas party for families. Three questions help you decide. What should guests feel as they walk in? Is the theme accessible to everyone, including those who don’t want to dress up? And does the venue lend itself to it, or will everything need to be hidden?

Items placed high up or at the back of the room often go unnoticed once the room is full.
Outdoors in Marseille, think about the wind: light decorations or balloons won’t survive an evening of mistral. Choose weighted pieces, potted plants and closed lanterns.
Is sustainable decoration possible?

Can you decorate a room in a few hours?
Yes. We prepare the set in advance and install it within the venue’s set-up slots, usually in the afternoon for an evening event. The get-out takes place at the end of the event or the next morning, depending on the venue.
Do you have to have a theme?
No. Understated decoration in your company colours, with beautiful lighting and well-dressed tables, is often enough. A theme adds most when it is carried through the entertainment, the music and the bar.
Can the set double as a photocall?
Yes, and it’s a good idea: an arch or a green wall becomes the backdrop for the photo booth or the photographer, and your colours appear in every photo.
