The action plan is under way
You approve the quote and pay the 30% deposit. We book the venue, the artists and the equipment, and send you the planning timeline.

Delivery
The idea becomes reality
Set-up, rehearsal, welcome: your project manager coordinates our teams on site. You enjoy the event with your guests.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should you contact us?
Ideally three to six months before a seminar or a party for more than 100 people, especially for a Friday in June or December. For a lighter format, a few weeks is often enough.
Who is my point of contact?
An ADJM project manager follows your project from the first conversation to the debrief. They coordinate our DJs, photographers, bartenders and technicians, as well as the partners (venue, caterer, entertainment).
How can I follow the progress of my project?
In your online client area: proposal, signature, deposit, preparation forms to complete, and conversations with your project manager and then with each supplier.
